Step 1: A resident selects one of their deeded parking spots they are not going to use.

Step 2: Resident specifies when their spot will be available by selecting start/end dates and times.

Step 3: Resident submits their offer at the fair market price and the spot is ready to be booked by another resident.

Additional Features - Repeat specific days of the week and times they will not be using their spot

Step 1: Resident specifies when they need a guest parking spot by selecting start/end dates and times.

Step 2: Resident reviews list of available spots during the time specified.

Step 3: Resident selects spot they want to book.

Resident can sort by price to find the least expensive spot.

Resident can filter which spots have covered parking, close to entrance, and/or rooftop.

Step 1: Resident reviews their itinerary for the spot they selected.

Step 2: Resident presses the Pay Now button to book the spot.

Resident can edit which payment method they want to use if they want to use a different card or use their available balance.
